Our Transaction Process

A clear, staged procedure that protects both buyer and seller.

  1. Enquiry and offer

You contact us with your requirement. We issue a written offer setting out product specifications, pricing basis, quantities and procedure.

  2. Terms and agreement

Terms, pricing and commissions are discussed openly and adjusted as needed, then formalised in a Sale and Purchase Agreement.

  3. Inspection and assay

Goods are inspected and assayed at an accredited facility. Quality and quantity are confirmed and documented before shipment.

  4. Shipment and documents

Shipment proceeds under agreed Incoterms with full export documentation, certificates of origin and insurance in place.

  5. Final assay and settlement

On arrival, a final conclusive assay is performed at the buyer's designated refinery, and settlement follows on the agreed terms.
